You were SO right – I missed the cast the first night I tried sleeping with that aircast boot. That thing was a pain! While it was nice to remove to stretch and scratch, I couldn’t bear sleeping with it at all. I’ll be glad when I’m back to normal :)

Hi there, I didn’t have the same surgery and yes putting your ankle in position was the worst feeling, I almost passed out! As for the boot,it’s more uncomfortable than the cast and I would opt for longer in the cast instead of the boot. I love your color choice though,lol. Feel free to email me,Amy.

Yes! I love this post!! (And I know that rock at Waimea very well) Kudos to you for getting in there, digging deep (at Waimea AND for the half marathon training!) and going for it.

Wow, that’s a huge goal! Some of the ones on my site are rather ambitious as well but my bucket list keeps me on track to achieving my goals. Hopefully I’ll be able to x’s off some of the major ones soon!

My bucket list keeps me on track, right now I’ve got around 300 things on it and it’s constantly growing. Some of the things I’ve accomplished: cliff dive, swim with sharks, visit 10 countries. Some of the things I’m working on: learn Spanish, go whitewater rafting, teach in a foreign country
